We deliver only to Ottawa and Gatineau. Enter your postal code in the delivery checker on our homepage or at checkout to confirm we deliver to you.

Pickup
Choose pickup at checkout to collect your order at 1618 Merivale Road, Ottawa, ON K2G 3G3. Pickup orders are usually ready within 4 hours during store hours, and we will notify you when yours is packed. Please bring your order number. We hold pickup orders for 3 days; after that the order is cancelled.
Delivery times
We will tell you the expected delivery time at checkout or in your confirmation. Times are estimates and can be affected by weather, traffic or high volume. We will contact you if an order is significantly delayed.
Fresh items
Fresh produce, halal butcher items, bakery items, prepared foods and similar products are available in store only and are not part of online delivery or pickup orders.
When you receive your order
- Please check your order when it arrives.
- If nobody is home, we leave your order at your door.
- If anything is missing, damaged, spoiled or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See the Return & Exchange Policy.
Unavailable items
If an item is out of stock when we pack your order, we remove it and refund it. We do not substitute items.
